As you arrive at the campground, look to your left for the Mountain Readiness tent — that’s our check-in station.
Please stop there to have your tickets scanned and receive your wristbands, which must be worn throughout your stay.
If you're camping, we’ll guide you to your site. Note: Camping is not included in your event ticket and must be paid directly to the campground owner upon arrival if not prepaid.

Video Policy
No video or audio recording is permitted on the premises — including on phones.
This policy protects attendees and preserves the integrity of our instructors’ material. Only Mountain Readiness and official affiliates may film during the event.

RV Hookups
All RV hookups are 50-amp service. If your RV uses 30-amp, please bring a splitter — we do not provide them.
You may drive to your RV or campsite to unload and set up. After that, vehicles must remain parked within the facility during business hours:
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
If you need to leave during these hours, please use the day parking area outside the facility.

Campfires
Campfires are welcome but must be contained in a fire ring. Please note: We do not supply fire rings, fire pits, or firewood.

Facilities & Food
Showers and bathrooms are available — locations are marked on the site map posted on the info board at the campground and on our website.
Food vendors will be on-site — and coffee!
Need additional supplies?
Grocery stores & restaurants: ~20 minutes away in Statesville
Gas stations: Available near Vanhoy Campgrounds right across I - 77 from the campground.

Additional Information.
This expo has multiple tents and classrooms. They are all in fairly close proximity of one another but expect a little walking. Please bring a folding camp chair with you if you have one! Sometimes seating may be limited and it's good to have one for the evening activities as well.
