I find it gives almost instant relief from the pain in my shoulders and elbows.
A little history. In 1985 I had an atv accident. I flipped landing on my right shoulder and head. I was wearing a helmet. A few years later I started having elbow pain and headaches lasting days. some years later I saw a doctor with the gift of healing. She explained my accident caused nerve damage in my neck which was causing my elbow pain. Which was kinda of an aha moment. Earlier while receiving cortisone shots I asked the doctor why my left elbow was so painful. He said because you’re left handed. I told him I was right handed. He had no comment. The shots led to surgeries. One on the left. Three on the right. Surgeons said they removed excessive bonelike material between the joints. Since 2008 I’ve not been able to straighten out or bend my right arm fully. With the oil I have been able to start weight training again. Yes still have pain while lifting but stops soon after the exercises. I will continue to use and start telling friends and family about about it
