7 Common Ingredients found to cause Insulin Resistance in a new study!

Have you ever stopped to think about what is really in the food you eat every day? Could those mysterious ingredients listed on the packaging be the culprit behind the rise in diabetes cases? It's time to take a closer look at the food additives that may be wreaking havoc on your health.

Food additives are substances added to food to preserve flavor or enhance its taste and appearance. While some additives are harmless, others have been linked to various health issues, including diabetes. These additives can be found in a wide range of processed foods, from snacks to beverages to ready-to-eat meals.

“They are often added to processed and packaged foods, such as certain industrial cakes, biscuits, and desserts, as well as ice creams, chocolate bars, breads, margarines, and ready meals, to improve their appearance, taste, and texture and lengthen shelf life, and to be able to mix aqueous substances — water-based — with oil-based substances.”

Research has shown that certain food additives, such as artificial sweeteners, high-fructose corn syrup, trans fats, as well as the ingredients that we are going to discuss, may contribute to the development of diabetes. These additives can disrupt the body's natural processes, leading to insulin resistance and elevated blood sugar levels.
