I love my v-shield!! I’m getting allergy shots and because of the vshield I don’t have to take flonase and azelastine nasal sprays or benadryl!!! I still have to take xyzal and singular but at least I was able to replace the other ones with vshield!!!! Yay!!! Also I like to keep it from running down my throat because that stings. so I tip my chin down and it runs down my nose and coats my lips and makes a nice lip balm lol and sometimes I wipe my upper lip and put the oil on other parts of me that could benefit from it. Lol it’s great! I do one squirt in each nostril twice a day. The monthly bottle only lasts 3 weeks but it’s worth it. I was worried about damaging my sinuses with using the other stuff long term. Thank God for this stuff!
